YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! I am so excited that Kris won. All the news articles on the web say that He won because all the Christians voted......Wow! What a statement!
I wonder what we could change as Christians if we all got together and voted in one accord on "real" important issues like, abortion, homosexuality, prayer in school, presidential votes......
IDOL: I voted for the first time....3 times !
Harold mentioned in our drive into work this morning that he hoped the fame would not change him... I pray that it does not...I pray that it gives him a bigger platform to win people over for Christ just with his own testimony. I also believe that if God allowed him to win, so He probably knows that Kris can handle it. All the gifts we are given come from God! God allows us to have fame and prosperity in THAT capacity as long as we are true to him.
Let's pray for Kris because from this day on....he will be tested over and over again. Pray for his young wife also. Pray she works with the Lord to keep Kris anchored and grounded in the Lord.
